In Alberta, an adverse WCB/DRDRB decision must typically be appealed within one year of the decision date relative to Both levels of appeal (Dispute Resolution Decision Review Board/Alberta Appeals Commission. In British Columbia, the deadline to advance a decision is shorter; 90 days to the first level of review and 30 days to the Tribunal.
